Short deadlines
- CrCo – orders received by 7:00 p.m. with local delivery on the second day between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. / orders received between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. with same-day delivery after 7:00 p.m.
- Local: Orders placed by 8:00 PM will be delivered locally between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM the next day
- Domestic: Ti – 24/48-hour delivery
- Milling with 24- or 48-hour delivery

- In Tg Mureș we deliver free of charge (metal between 8:00 and 10:00 AM), milling throughout the day

SLM Printing
The 3Dent Laboratory is equipped with SLM printing equipment for Cr-Co and Ti grade 6.
Ti Printing
For your project, we use high-performance equipment—the TruPRINT 2000—equipped with a 4-camera system that checks each print layer; if any errors are detected, they are corrected to ensure a perfect result every time.
The density of the print is similar to that of a milled part, so there is no risk of fracture over the long term.
The equipment is the only one of its kind in Romania; it is an industrial-grade machine designed for printing medical devices (of the highest medical and military grade).
Using AP&C powders, we offer all types of high-resolution 3D-printed metal frames.
Since we want to be as flexible as possible to the needs of different clients, we offer you the possibility to purchase frameworks processed up to the ceramic application stage or unprocessed.
Cr-Co Printing
Using CrCo powders from SISMA, we produce all types of structures required (bars with retention systems, frameworks for bridges or crowns, as well as frameworks for “all-on-x” procedures).
Since we want to be as flexible as possible to the needs of different clients, we offer you the possibility to purchase frameworks processed up to the ceramic application stage or unprocessed.
Sint and Mill
Using milling equipment (Dyamach) and Hyperdent’s “Sint and Mill” technology, we produce precision-machined prosthetic components, with or without threads, designed for the most precise applications.
Resin Printing
The laboratory is equipped with 3D printers designed for printing different types of resins.
Model Printing
We print study models, working models with removable dies as well as for implant work with flexible gingival mask.
Try-in Work Printing
We print try-in type work.
Definitive C&B Crown/Bridge Printing
In our offer you will also find Formlabs resin with permanent indication.
This resin is polymerized with the help of an oven with nitrogen generator that polymerizes and completely seals the material surface.
In the case of gingival reconstructions, these can be individualized with composite.
Surgical Guide Printing
We offer surgical guide printing solutions of all types:
* implant guidance;
* guidance in gingivectomies.
This resin is polymerized with the help of an oven with nitrogen generator that polymerizes and completely seals the material surface.
Splint and Direct Aligner Printing
For orthodontists as well as those who want to treat bruxism patients, we offer the possibility to directly print aligners and flexible splints.

Dry Milling
This form of milling is used for producing structures from Zirconia, PMMA, Wax and Peek
Zirconia Milling
In our materials list you will find two types of zirconia blanks:
* Cercon from Dentsply Sirona (HT, XT, HTML, XTML);
* ZirCad Prime from Ivoclar.
PMMA Milling
In our materials list you will find two types of PMMA:
* try-in type offered free of charge for Zirconia work;
* with short-term provisional role (up to 6 months).
Peek Milling
We mill this type of material mainly for all-on-x type implant rehabilitations as well as for removable work (skeletal – removable component).
The type of material used is Bio-Hpp from Bredent.
Wax Milling
Mills burnable wax for different types of structures.
Wet Milling
Intended for hard materials such as Ti and crystallized ceramics (partial or total) as well as for PMMA or composites.
Ti Milling
Designed for the production of custom abutments, bars with or without special systems featuring an attached implant connection and/or screw threads.
Ceramic Block Milling
The system is used for milling in ceramic blocks from Ivoclar – E-Max
Composite Milling
Among the materials we offer is visio.CAM, a composite from the visio.lign range from Bredent, this being a material that must be wet milled.
