Since the beginning, from 2008, we have aimed to create a full digital workflow for our work with the desire to offer result predictability in the shortest possible execution times.
As a result of the investments made during this time, we have reached the level where these goals are no longer just a dream but reality.

The team consists of experienced technicians:

Prosthetics on abutments
Fixed prosthetic work on dental abutments
Our laboratory offers all types of prosthetic work on structures made of Cr-Co, Ti, Zr, milled ceramic, milled or printed composite, peek or pekton and PMMA
Ceramic crowns on a zirconium structure
These types of works are: full contour and pigmented with liquid ceramic, or reduced and constructed by layering with Vita ceramic
Ceramic crowns on a metal (Cr-Co) structure
Can be partially or fully covered with Vita VM13 ceramic
Milled ceramic crowns
Can be full contour and pigmented with liquid ceramic (MiYo) or reduced and constructed by layering with Vita ceramic
Milled ceramic veneers
Can be full contour and pigmented with liquid ceramic (MiYo) or reduced and constructed by layering with Vita ceramic
PMMA temporary crowns
There are two PMMA options: monolayer or multilayer.
If you choose to order zirconium crowns, a set of PMMA crowns can be provided for testing
Temporary crowns made of printed resins
They serve as try-ins or temporary crowns for a short period.
They are free for zirconium works.
Mobilizable prosthetic works on dental abutments
These types of skeletal works are composed of a fixed and a mobilizable component attached to each other with the help of special systems.
Skeletal dentures with Cr-Co structure
Can be composed of a fully anatomical fixed component on a Cr-Co structure and the skeleton of the mobilizable component also made of Cr-Co;
Skeletal dentures with Cr-Co structure
Can be composed of a fixed component with a metal structure and a mobilizable component on a CrCo structure
Partial denture with clasps on Bio-Hpp structure
Composed of a Bio-Hpp skeleton covered on saddles with acrylic and Vita or Neo.lign teeth from Bredent

These works are total or partial dentures without special retention systems

This is made of acrylate and the set of teeth is Vita or Neo.lign from Bredent
Individualized total or partial denture
This is made of acrylate individualized with Crea.lign composite and the set of teeth is Vita or Neo.lign from Bredent

Fixed prosthetics on implants
In this category we have included all fixed prosthetic works regardless of type or the material from which they are made
Crowns/bridge cemented on implants
These works can be made of zirconium, Cr-Co, printed resin (Graphy C&B), milled composite or PMMA / printed resin for temporary works.
Cementation can be done on a prefabricated and customized Ti abutment or on a hybrid abutment (the prefabricated abutment being covered with a Zr cap to adapt its shape).
Crowns/bridge screwed on implants
These works can be made of zirconium, Cr-Co, printed resin (Graphy C&B), milled composite or PMMA / printed resin for temporary works.
The cementation of the crown on the abutment is done in the laboratory using the Bredent cementation system, and the prosthetic work is applied by the dentist by screwing.
All on x type prosthetic works screwed on implant
These works can be made of:
* integral zirconium pigmented with liquid ceramic (MyIo);
* zirconium reduced and constructed by layering with Vita ceramic;
* Cr-Co fully covered with Vita ceramic;
* Bio-Hpp with zirconium teeth and gingival reconstruction individualized with Crea.lign;
* Bio-Hpp with teeth milled from visio.CAM or printed resin (Graphy C&B) and gingival reconstruction individualized with Cre.lign;
* integral printed resin (Graphy C&B) and gingival reconstruction individualized with Crea.lign;
* PMMA / printed resin for temporary works with mucosal reconstruction individualized with Crea.lign.
Cementation on abutments/sleeves is done in the laboratory or directly in the office.

Works with Titanium substructure of I-Bar type with Zr or Composite superstructure
Mobilizable prosthetics on implants
In this category we have included all types of works that can be removed by the patient for hygiene
Total denture with cap or interlock retention
These types of works are total dentures, with or without a metal skeleton, anchored to the implant by special systems such as caps or interlocks.
The sets of teeth are from the Vita or Neo.lign range, and the saddles can be individualized with the composite from crea.lign.
Total denture with bar retention
These types of works are total dentures anchored on a Ti bar equipped with special systems such as caps or interlocks. The dentures are made on a metal or Peek skeleton.
The sets of teeth are from the Vita or Neo.lign range, and the saddles can be individualized with the composite from crea.lign.
